Here’s what’s waiting for you

 

These mini sessions are thoughtfully designed for those who want a few beautiful portraits in a shorter session experience. Each session lasts 10 minutes and includes your choice of 5 digital images, selected from your own private online gallery. Sessions are designed for individual families. If you’d like to include multiple families, please book an additional session for each (back-to-back sessions). Each family unit receives their own private gallery with 5 included digital images. Galleries and inclusions are not shared or transferable between families. Family pets are welcomed. If you are planning a surprise proposal let us know prior. (email us)


It's strongly advised to arrive 10 minutes before your session time, with everyone dressed and ready to go. Since sessions are back-to-back, arriving a little early gives you time to walk to our photo location and remove any items like keys, wallets, or phones from pockets, and ensure you get the most out of your full session time.  


The easiest way to book in is directly through the Kalbar Festival Website. However, if you are wanting a private farm session, please contact us directly.  Tip for families: If you have little ones or anyone sensitive to bright light, we recommend booking after 11 AM, as the morning sun can be quite intense. However, morning light will create bright and bold imagery - and is gorgeous and shouldn't be avoided for others.

Photos are edited by session number and those that pre-pay for their full gallery will jump the queue. We aim to have Friday sessions completed within 5-10 business days, Saturday sessions within 10-15 business days, and Sunday sessions within 15-20 business days. For updates, we will post on our Facebook page what session numbers we are up to in our editing Q as we go!

3) You’ll receive an email for downloading your entire gallery of images (full resolution size and social media resolution size)

1) You can purchase any upgrade in your gallery Store once your gallery goes live. .

ADVANCED EDITING REQUESTS

ART (PHOTOSHOP) TIME

 

Galleries are delivered as final image edits. However, we will happily remove any random people, objects, or bees that may appear in the background as a free edit for your 5 image selections. We do offer quotes for additional image editing requests. These edits will range from $10-20 per photo.

• Remove small distractions • Remove double chins, wrinkles, “make me slimmer” edits
 • Reduce glasses glare, whiten teeth and brighten eyes

FAQ

 

HOW MANY FINAL IMAGES CAN WE EXPECT TO RECEIVE?

Most galleries will receive a minimum of 30 images. However, on average we can deliver upwards of 60+ images. Image count depends on number of individuals included and when you are ready to start. We can deliver higher image counts for  all clients that arrive 10 minutes early and are ready to go.

Your package includes 5 digital images. You can pre-purchase an upgrade to receive your full gallery for an additional $195 (discounted) and receive rush delivery. Once your gallery has been delivered you can also upgrade with single image download options or the full gallery directly through your gallery (pricing in gallery).

Can we do specific poses based on photos?

If you have specific poses you'd like us to draw inspiration from we are happy to accommodate. We kindly request that you send these photos via text to our phone 15 minutes prior to your session time. Please include your session time in the text. Dallas 0434 062 830

Can we purchase additional images and upgrade to the full gallery?

Your package includes 5 digital images. Additional images are $50 each.

If you’d like the full gallery, you can upgrade directly in your online gallery (pricing available there), or pre-purchase your full collection at a discounted rate of $195, which also includes rush delivery.
