She is very professional, yet casual, and makes you feel at ease, but with just the right amount of guidance and suggestions! The whole process felt fun and casual, without making it feel overly posed (although she will definitely not hesitate to help you out to get the perfect shot!) She was also game for a sunrise shoot (4:30am hello!), and definitely did not let us down! The photos were also amazing! Way better than we had expected. 11/10 for quality and quantity!
